Use Wenmar Pro with your AI assistant
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Hermes, OpenClaw or any assistant that speaks MCP. It looks up and changes your shop's records as you, with your permissions or fewer.

Chat apps: add Wenmar Pro as a connector
For assistants you chat with in a browser or an app. Nothing to install.
- In the assistant's settings, find Connectors (or MCP servers) and add a custom one. In Claude: Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector.
-
Give it this address:
https://app.wenmarpro.com/mcp
- Wenmar Pro's page opens. The shop's owner signs in by e-mail. Anyone else types a connect code: the owner makes one on Connected apps, under "Connect an app for a user". A code works once, for one hour.
- Choose what the assistant may see, and whether it may make changes. Money and closing actions (posting invoices, payments, voids) stay off unless you tick them; then the assistant asks a person to do them in Wenmar Pro.
Agents on a computer: the command line
For Hermes, OpenClaw, Claude Code, Codex and agents that run commands. The agent uses the wenmar command, or its MCP tools.
- Install the terminal app on the agent's computer and pair it. On Get the apps, press "Get a pairing code" and paste the line it shows into a terminal on that computer.
-
Set up your agent. Run the line for it:
Agent Command Hermes wenmar setup hermesOpenClaw wenmar setup openclawClaude Code wenmar setup claudeCodex wenmar setup codexAny other wenmar setup agentIt asks for your PIN, gives the agent its own key (saved as the profile
agent), and installs the Wenmar Pro skill where that agent reads skills. Add--scope readfor an agent that may only look. -
For MCP tools (optional; the setup prints this line too):
Hermes
hermes mcp add wenmar --command wenmar --args -P agent mcp
Claude Code
claude mcp add wenmar -- wenmar -P agent mcp
Codex
codex mcp add wenmar -- wenmar -P agent mcp
OpenClaw needs no MCP line: it runs
wenmarcommands through the skill. -

What an assistant can do
The same rules apply whichever way it connects.
- It acts as the person who connected it, with that person's permissions or fewer, never more.
- It never adds users, changes PINs or makes keys.
- Every change it makes is in the shop's history, marked as made by an agent.
- What it reads is sent to the company that makes the assistant.
- See or disconnect it on Connected apps. Turning a user off, or resetting their PIN, disconnects their agents too.
